Returns

You have a 37-day return window, counted from the day the grinder is delivered. We chose 37 days so you can try at least one full month of morning coffee before deciding.

What we accept

• Unused grinders in the original packaging: full refund.
• Used grinders: accepted if the burrs and chute are brushed clean. A 9% restocking fee covers the burr inspection and recalibration.
• Grinders returned with beans or grounds inside are cleaned for a flat $15 before the refund is issued.

Email the workshop with your order number to get a prepaid return label. The $8 label cost is deducted from the refund. Refunds are paid within 5 business days of the grinder arriving back at the workshop.
